The NISM Series V A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination must be passed by anyone working in a sales role by a mutual fund distribution company. So, obtaining the qualification becomes necessary when applying for these positions.
The passing marks for the NISM Series V A – Mutual Fund Distributor exam are 50% of the total marks. So if the exam is of 100 marks they need to score at least 50 marks, taking note that there is a negative marking scheme as well
There is no such age or attempt limit to NISM V A exam. Although you need to pay the exam fee for each attempt.
No, there is no education or certification criteria to apply for NISM Series V A exam.
After passing the NISM V A exam, you have two choices. Either you choose a job where your NISM pass certificate is the only requirement, OR you become a mutual fund distributor.
