once the user has made the payment and accessed the training portal No refund will be provided.
If a user is enrolled in a training that has been withdrawn by hunarho, he/she will be entitled to a 100% refund within 15 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) of the training program being withdrawn and the refund would be initiated by hunarho.
In spite of this policy, any specific terms and conditions mentioned on an individual product & service page, or agreed upon with a user before/during/after a transaction, will supersede the terms and conditions mentioned here in case of a conflict.
We may make changes to our products & services, and associated terms & conditions (including terms and conditions on refund and cancellation), from time to time. You are advised to refer to our latest terms and conditions on this page and associated product/service specific terms and conditions page before making a purchase.

Refund policy for IIT Roorkee Program

Agreement on Cut-off Date 15th July: Both parties shall agree on a cut-off date for refund of fees, specified in the Program Details Sheet (PDS) for each program. The cut-off date shall not be less than 14 days prior to the scheduled commencement of the Program sessions. In the event of program rescheduling by mutual consent, a new cut-off date shall be agreed upon. This cut-off date will be the basis for applying the refund policies outlined below.

Before the cut-off date, if a refund request for academic fees is submitted, Hunarho will issue a refund for the academic fees amount after deducting a processing penalty of Rs. 5,000/-. Please note that taxes collected from the participant will not be refunded.

Program Cancellation: In case of program cancellation, a full refund, including taxes collected from the participant, shall be issued. No penalty will be imposed in this scenario.

Program Commencement: If the start date of the Program is rescheduled resulting in a delay of more than one month from the original commencement date, a refund shall be issued for the Program Fee and taxes collected from the participant. No refund requests for delays less than one month will be considered.

Refund Request after Cut-off Date but Before Program Commencement: If a refund request is received after the cut-off date but before the program commencement, the parties may, by mutual consent, grant the request. In such cases, a penalty of 40% of the Program Fee collected shall be imposed on the participant. Taxes collected from the participant shall not be refunded.

No Refund After Program Commencement: No refunds shall be issued after the commencement of the Program.

Timely Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds shall be processed within 14 business days.

Refund Responsibility: Refunds in accordance with clauses 1 to 6 shall be made by the party responsible for fee collection. Since IIT Roorkee is not directly collecting fees from participants, refunds will be made by Hunarho to the participant, with adjustments in the subsequent invoice shared with IIT Roorkee.

Refund Procedure Disclosure: The PDS and the admission-cum-enrollment form shall include details of the refund procedure. All refund requests must be directed to the party responsible for fee collection. Refund requests made to IIT Roorkee shall be forwarded to Hunarho within 1-3 business day. The date of receipt of the refund request shall determine the applicable refund procedure.
