 Hunarho LMS uses the Zoom Web SDK with secure server-side signature generation.
 Learners and teachers join meetings directly in the browser — no Zoom login, no Zoom app installation required.

1. Adding the App

(This is only for Zoom Marketplace compliance — users do NOT authenticate zoom)

Zoom integration in Hunarho LMS is fully handled by our system internally.

Nothing.
Users are not asked to log in with Zoom, install anything, or authorize the app.

✔ What Hunarho LMS does internally

• We create meetings internally.

• We generate Web SDK signatures on our server.

• We embed Zoom meetings directly inside the LMS using the Web SDK.

Step-by-step instructions for users (simple)

1. Log in to Hunarho LMS.

2. Go to Live Classes inside your course.

3. Click Join Meeting.

4. The meeting opens instantly in your browser.

Troubleshooting for Adding the App

Because users do not authenticate Zoom, the only issues may come from:

• Browser permissions (mic/camera)

• Unsupported browser (very old versions)

• Blocked third-party scripts or firewalls

Students – Joining a Meeting

1. Open the course.

2. Click Join Live Class.

3. Hunarho LMS verifies the signature automatically.

Zoom Cloud Recordings (Auto-Fetched)

If Zoom cloud recording is enabled for the host:

• Hunarho LMS automatically fetches the recordings using Zoom Recording APIs.

• Students can watch the videos directly inside the LMS.

• No Zoom login required to view recordings.

Prerequisites

• Supported browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari

• Allow camera & microphone access

• Stable internet connection

3. Removing the App

(Marketplace requirement — although no user login is used)

Users may remove the Hunarho LMS app from their Zoom account if desired.

Steps to Remove

1. Log in to your Zoom account.

2. Go to Zoom App Marketplace.

3. Click Manage → Added Apps.

4. Search for Hunarho LMS.

5. Click Remove.

• Hunarho LMS will no longer be allowed to create Zoom meetings.

• Cloud recordings will stop syncing.

• Existing recordings already synced remain available inside LMS.

Data Handling After Removal

• Hunarho LMS deletes its API tokens and credentials immediately.

• No Zoom data (meetings, recordings) is deleted from your Zoom account.

4. Troubleshooting

Meeting Not Opening in Browser

• Allow camera/mic when prompted.

• Check if browser supports Web SDK.

• Disable ad-blockers or strict tracking blockers.

Audio/Video Issues

• Restart browser.

• Make sure no other app is using the camera.

Recording Not Showing

• Ensure recording was saved to Cloud Recording, not local.

• Verify your Zoom plan supports cloud recordings.
