No, we do not charge for our services.
- Register as an employer on the website by filling out the onboarding form and receive login details for the employer dashboard.
- Post your internship/job requirements.
- Shortlist applications received in your account and hire skilled interns/freshers.
We will share the list of students who have applied for your internship roles in the application tab. You can also access our platform candidate database, dubbed “Find Hunar,” and filter by criteria from the provided filters.
The majority of our candidates are students who are pursuing their degrees while acquiring additional industry-level skills.
You may post internships with a minimum stipend of INR 1,000/month for WFH internships, INR 2000/month for in-office internships, and only fresher jobs with a minimum CTC of 2 LPA.
We recommend using a simple, three–step hiring process.
- Review the profiles of candidates on your dashboard and shortlist them according to their skills.
- Send them an invitation for the desired job profile you uploaded and await their confirmation.
- Conduct interviews with the candidates (telephonic/video call) and select the best fits your profile
It would be ideal to give them an offer letter after these steps.
